St.George Bank have announced the winners of the St.George Home Makeover Competition, presenting them with a cheque for $25,000. As an added incentive, St.George also gave the mortgage broker who sold the winning loan a $5,000 marketing package to help them create new opportunities for their business.
The St.George Home Makeover competition NSW winner is Adam Geoffrey Brown. The winning loan was sold by John Kolyvas.
The St.George Home Makeover competition QLD winner is Craig Lance Cowan. The winning loan was sold by John Hehir.
The St.George Home Makeover competition VIC winner is Christopher Adam McGingley and Elizabeth Grace McGingley. The winning loan was sold by Sean Farley.
The St.George Home Makeover competition WA winner is Gabriela Gbyl. The winning loan was sold by Aidan Lindsay-Smith.
St.George launched the competition as part of a promotion to help mortgage brokers encourage their customers to consider a St.George home loan. The Bank offered four opportunities to win a $25,000 Home Makeover and the Tara Dennis folio, one in each region of NSW/ACT, VIC/TAS, QLD and WA. Borrowers who lodged a home loan of $200,000 or more through a mortgage broker were automatically entered into the competition when their home loan was approved and settled by 31 March 2008.
